Pre-Settlement Walk Through

The day has finally come that your new home is done being built and is no longer a dream on a piece of paper. While it is very exciting, it is important to conduct a pre-settlement walk through of the home. This is an opportunity for the owner and builder to walk through the house to conduct a last inspection.
